First of all I am sorry to Hear how things went down in Cyberwize. Holton is a Great leader and deserves much respect for what he has done in building the Cyberwize Business. I myself have Holtons CD's and enjoy them.
This post is for the struggling networker in YTB and sadly if you look at the reps earnings report there are many.
Many People who have paid $500.00 find themselves with a downline that cannot duplicate the signing people up consistently for $500 a pop. So they end up having to give people away or stack thier dowline and constantly recruit to replace the 80% Company Attrition Rate. If you examine the reps earning report you will see at the bottom how many reps in YTB Have not recieved a Single Check in the last 12 months.
I have had calls from people who were promised people were going to be placed underneath them to help them build thier business and hit those bonuses. Listen I know what is feels like to be lied to and used as leverage. I am glad I found a better Travel company that pays higher commissions and cost 1/2 the amount to get people into YTB. I have over 1k people in my business in less than a year and I did not bring people over from another company. More people can do this business.
I have retired from my 6 year management position for the largest mortgage lender in the US doing this business for only 11 Months. I want to help others who have never made the kind of money they know can be made, find a home and for once be at the top of a fully International company. I have reps in Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan and many others we are in 95 countries.
